WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
Our HQ is in Stockholm, with branches in Oslo, Reykjavik and Copenhagen/Malmoe.
CAN WE GET A QUOTE?
To get things rolling and to get an accurate estimate from the get-go, please provide us with as much information about the project as possible. It would be very helpful if you could include following:
- Creative deck, script, mood, treatment, references.
- Dates including shooting dates, recce days, travel days, schedule.
- Amount of people coming from your side.
- What crew you might need from us. Both tech crew and production crew.
- Talents, models, extras, usage rights.
- Requested equipment.
- All other things you might need such as catering, accommodation, transportation, props and so forth.
- Budget (exact numbers is always great, but rough numbers will do so we have something in the ballpark).
- Please also let us know if it’s a bid or if the job is confirmed.

Please note that in the Nordics you will find very little hierarchy. Just as our clients have expectations on us, we expect that our clients will give us a clear brief, direct communication as well as sticking to deadlines.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICE IN?
We choose to focus on areas we fully know and master. Therefore we first and foremost offer our services in the following Nordic countries:
Norway, Iceland, Sweden, Denmark and Faroe Islands. From time to time we also do jobs in countries like Scotland, Germany and Italy, but the Nordics is definitely our speciality.
WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS OF PAYMENT?
Standard terms of payment is 60% upfront to confirm booking and 40% balance payment within 5 working days after last shoot day. This can vary depending on the nature of the shoot.
Our numbers are always transparent and detailed. We add a 10 % markup/risk.
Our quotes are based on the information that we have received up until the issue date. It’s never a final account for the production, and is merely an indication of the budget for the job and does not include any unforeseen requests or circumstances.
In signing or confirming acceptance of the budget, Clients are subject to the following cancellation/postponement terms:
* In the event of a cancellation of shoot done by the client at any time after confirming budget, the client shall pay expenses incurred by the production up to time of cancellation, plus a fee equal 50% of the quoted amount.
* Should the production be cancelled / postponed 48 hours prior to the first shoot date, the Client will be liable for 75% of the total of the production budget.
* Should the production be cancelled / postponed 36 hours prior to the first shoot date, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total of the production budget
* VAT 25% not included in total amount.
IMPORTANT: ALL COPYRIGHT IS RETAINED UNTIL FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT RECEIVED.
WILL YOU SIGN A NDA AND A PSA?
Yes, of course!
We recommend you to send us a NDA for our signature in an early stage.
When the initial budget is agreed upon we will also sign a PSA. Do note that agreements during email conversations is also binding.
CAN WE GET ARCHIVE LOCATIONS?
We can provide you with some archive images and moods to begin with (free of charge) so we know we are on the right track.
We will charge for specific archive pulls as well as online research and scouting.
A common workflow is that we receive reference images from client. We then confirm what kind of locations we can get and send some suggestions. Once client is confident to proceed we sign a PSA and start with research, scouting (both online and boots on the ground), contacting landowners and authorities.

It is critical to know our surroundings, weather conditions, permit requirements, and to have a respectful connection with the locals. That’s why we focus exclusively on areas we truly know and master.
With access to 1000+ unique locations across the Nordics, we know the terrain, weather, regulations, and logistics. Our local teams ensure seamless operations.
VISUAL ENHANCEMENTS
Many of our clients come from the automotive industry, so beyond traditional filming and photography, we offer CGI, VFX, 3D, landscape mapping and AI-enhanced visual services to elevate storytelling.
As a combined production and service company, we can, upon request, provide dynamic and scalable 360° productions – from concept development to full execution. We identify white spots, contribute with strategy and measurable content.

I think what makes our production service company special is our experience and the unique expertise we house. Brand experts and producers from agencies, as well as in-house departments, combined with professional guides who always go the extra mile to find the right and most reliable location. We have very little hierarchy and everyone on set works as a team. Perhaps we are an odd bird in this business, but with the approach and workflow we have, I honestly believe we deliver value that no one else does.
